So I'm sure you are just dying to see the adorable pictures of Fred plowing his face into a pumpkin pie? And all of us in our cute sweaters snuggling on the couch. Or the fellas taking a snooze while watching football. Me too....
We have no pictures, because there are none. The closest thing we got to a Thanksgiving was the turkey baster like nasal aspirator we used to get the gunk out of Fred's nose. All of us were at home with a bad cold. I don't think anyone even made it out of there jammies. We hope for a do-oever Thanksgiving day soon. The sniffles seems to be subsiding and hopefully we will be in full holiday mode.

oh, so srry- I know how much you love turkey day!! At least we are not the only ones with no turkey on THanksgiving :) hope you get a do-over asap!

thanks so much for the encouragement. it does help to hear about someone who has dealt with similar issues and is now perfectly fine and healthy.
i'm so excited to head home (hopefully tuesday) and really start this adventure of parenthood. we are only able to do so much on our own in the nicu... i'm ready to be a real mom at home!
boo! that sucks! sorry jess! i, of course, haven't eaten thanksgiving for the last 2 years, since the 2 years in a row prior to that i got food poisoning. so i didn't have any turkey either =)
